IMDSA is proud to announce our partnership with Ms. Pearl Lewis, Director of Patient Advocacy of the Foundation for Children with Atypical HUS, Director of Patient Advocacy and Government Relations, and Maryland Renal Advocate and founder of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of MD as well as the MD Patient Advocacy Group (MPAG). Through extensive research, Ms. Lewis has produced an e-book to represent each state of the United States of America in which state agencies, organizations, resources and laws can be accessed through web links, as well as, addresses and phone numbers.
