International Mosaic Down Syndrome Association
provides an informative conference for Families and
Professionals alike. This conference will provide a
wealth of information for anyone with ANY form of
Down syndrome. IMDSA provides a wide array of
topics and discussion for families of all ages as well
as a side by side conference for youth and adults who
are interested in a fun-filled, informative weekend!
What is the “difference” in IMDSA’s Conference?
IMDSA invites researchers to conduct mosaic Down
syndrome research throughout the weekend. This
gives researchers the unique opportunity to meet with
individuals with MDS all in one place and conduct
most of their research on site during the weekend!
AND
IMDSA provides a unique opportunity for Genetic
and Therapy Students to learn “hands-on” about
mosaic Down syndrome by supervising our
attendee’s children during our conference weekend.
Children with MDS, Ds, and their siblings will have
loads of fun with our students through planned
activities throughout the conference weekend!
What is the “same” in IMDSA’s Conference?
Our presenters speak on topics of interest for ALL
forms of Down syndrome. Individuals with mosaic
Down syndrome & mosaic Translocation Down
syndrome can have the same issues as one with
Trisomy 21 or Translocation Down syndrome.
Anyone with any form of Down syndrome WILL
benefit by attending this conference!
