Family Connect is a program to better enable families to be in contact with others.

There is nothing better than talking with someone who is experiencing the same things you are when raising your child with MDS. Family Connect will match families according to state, country, age, or medical condition. Often, Family Connect partners will be contacted when a new family requests to speak with a partner.

If you have not signed up to be a Family Connect Partner, it is simple and quick!

Just fill out our online form and you will receive our Family Connect packet to help you communicate with other families.

Would like to become a Family Connect Representative ?
Representatives would be responsible for spreading awareness and providing support to those in their own state or country. All representatives would be trained and given necessary literature.

You can also connect with other families straight away by joining our online support group!
